Juice and Pulp
We produce 100% natural lemon, orange and mandarin juices and pulps that are used in the production of beverages and food around the world. Through the production of these processed products we add value to the chain of millions of products worldwide.
Our products are the result of many years of work. We pay attention to every detail. We extract flavors, nutrients and vitamins from each fruit. Based on our dedication and experience, we monitor the quality of what we do thinking about the people who receive our products.
Dehydrated Juices
They are natural juices mixed with carrier, which are later spray-dried. They come as yellow or orange refined powders (depending on the fruit used for their preparation). They are packed in Kraft pouches, with a polyethylene inside bag. They are used for food and beverage production.
Not From Concentrate (NFC)
These fruits are of high quality. These are products that have not been concentrated, thus they keep their flavor better. They are mostly used for making Premium beverages.
They may be found in the following versions:
- Aseptic (pulp packed under aseptic conditions, just like juice).
- Frozen (pasteurized and frozen pulp).
Pulps
Our pulps come in different concentrations, obtained from fruit using cold extraction, and include a percentage of natural juice.
They serve as raw material for the food and beverage industry.
They may be found in the following versions:
- Aseptic (pulp packed under aseptic conditions, just like juice).
- Frozen (pasteurized and frozen pulp).
Concentrated Juice
We produce concentrated lemon, orange and mandarin juices, which are later used in the food industry. Our portfolio includes:
- Clarified juice (obtained from fruit, subject to an enzymatic and ultrafiltration process)
- Cloudy juice (natural juice, with pulp).
These products may also be found in the following versions:
- Aseptic (commercially sterilized product is filled into pre-sterilized containers, and hermetically sealed, under aseptic conditions).
- Dehydrated (fruit juice mixed with carrier and spray-dried)
- Frozen (juice obtained using cold extraction).
