We successfully completed a new issuance of Negotiable Obligations for US$ 16.3 million through the new Series XII (dollar MEP), with maturity on February 6, 2027. We received over 1,000 offers from different types of investors, once again demonstrating the strong acceptance and support of the local market for the company's long-term plans.

This achievement represents another step in the strategic reconfiguration of our long-term business, focusing on high value-added industrial projects based on natural ingredients from our operations in Argentina, South Africa, and Uruguay, serving clients globally.
