Human Development and Well-Being
Closely tied to our organizational culture, the Values and Behaviors Model is built upon four fundamental principles and a fifth that encompasses them all: WE ARE PART OF IT.

Comprehensive Human Resources Management
In pursuit of standardizing our internal policies and procedures, we have successfully implemented uniform practices across all regions, tailored to the laws and regulations of each country.
In 2023, we designed the Engagement Survey, to be conducted in 2024 in collaboration with Gallup, and redefined our employee lifecycle, identifying the processes managed and promoted by the Human Resources team.
We Promote Development
We encourage and support both the personal and professional growth of our teams through collaborative experiences and training opportunities, fostering the development of both soft skills and technical knowledge.
