Dehydrated lemon peel

Process

Is a product obtained by cold extraction of the external part of the fruit (aledo + flavedo) of the different varieties of lemon (lemon citrus). Its processing involves successive washings with water and a drying in rotary ovens that allows a final humidity between 10 and 12 %.

100% lemon peel. Flavor: typical of lemon. Humidity: 10%-12%.

Packaging

Information contained in the label: Lot No., bag No., weight and company name. Packed in polypropylene bags, compacted.

Shelf life and storage

2 years protected from humidity. Ambient temperature.
